Our multi-skilled teams carry out hydraulic, electrical, and fibre optic testing to maintain system integrity throughout the project —before, during, and after installation.

As an OEM for umbilical controls and distribution systems, we understand the criticality of every stage in the pre-commissioning and testing process - from FAT (and extended E-FAT) and SIT through to installation and commissioning, we take care of your umbilical and subsea controls throughout the project lifecycle, following the umbilical from the OEM factory to the final installation location.

Delivering pre-commissioning services across the globe, our client base includes international/regional EPCI contractors, operators, and international service delivery partners.

We've been providing umbilical pre-commissioning, monitoring, topside connections and commissioning services since our inception in 1997. Having manufactured, tested and installed hundreds of thermoplastic hose and steel tube umbilicals, jumpers, distribution systems and flying leads, we possess the knowledge equipment and experience necessary to complete the most demanding pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements.

Our services include pre / post-loadout testing, monitoring during installation, and final commissioning. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT and E-FAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) can also be performed at your desired location, or at our facilities in Houston, Texas, Mobile, Alabama and Macaé, Brazil.

Our pre-commissioning engineering teams prepare detailed procedures to identify and reduce any potential hazards, prior to arriving on site. Once on location, we work closely with client personnel to increase efficiency, reduce downtime and ensure success.
